Eligible Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Graduate From a recognized university and have completed 1 Year diploma course in computer application.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 40 years (As on 01.09.2015)
Application Fee : Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 100/- for unreserved category and Rs. 50/- for reserve category (SC, ST, OBC A & B, PWD) through Demand Draft to be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
